January 15, 2025: Introductions & review of agenda for the next 12 weeks
About this event
We will meet bi-weekly for 6 weeks to read and review the chapter assignment. It runs from January 15 to March 26, 2025
As a chronic pain specialist and wellness coach, I will guide and coach participants through the chapters of the workbook.
The skills learned in this workbook will teach you holistic tips and tools: the purpose of pain, how the brain works, how changing thoughts and emotions can change pain and important strategies for pain mastery.
We will build community and peer relationships so that you have others that understand what you are going through; both the challenges and the successes.
Each person will receive a journal with their registration!
My passion is to guide and support you on how best to take back your power, find your agency, determine your needs and leverage your strengths, how to advocate for the care you need in your treatment and care plans from your clinicians including your doctor, physiotherapist, chiropractor, and specialists with the ultmate goal of reducing your symptoms so you can live the life meant for you!
