TICKET INFORMATION

1. TRY-ON PASS

  • $2.50 per pass, purchased here.
  • Valid for one person only, who can try-on dresses during the appointment.
  • Appointment Duration: 50 minutes per person.
  • Dress Limit: Up to 12 dresses
  • Footwear: Slippers will be provided for the person trying on dresses. Guests will be given shoe covers.

2. GUEST TICKET (Free Add-on)

  • This ticket does not allow you to try on dresses.
  • Guests can accompany the Try-On Pass holder for support but cannot try on any dresses.
  • All guests will be required to wear shoe covers upon entering the store.
  • Please scroll down to the bottom of the ticket selection page to view the add-on guest tickets.

IMPORTANT | Event Policies

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our attendees, please review the following policies:


1. Guest Limit
You may only bring guests with registered Guest Tickets (2 maximum). Additional guests will not be allowed. Only the Try-On Pass holder can try on dresses during the appointment.

2. Cancellations
Cancellations will not be accepted. Please ensure you can attend before purchasing your ticket. A $25 no-show fee will be charged if you fail to attend your scheduled appointment.

3. Payment
We accept debit cards and cash, as well as credit cards. However, please note that using credit cards will incur a 3% transaction fee.

Frequently asked questions

Will someone help me try on the dresses?

Yes, we have stylists available to assist you with trying on the dresses.

What’s the difference between the Try-On Pass and Guest Ticket?

Try-On Pass: allows you to try on dresses during your appointment. Guest Ticket: allows you to accompany the pass holder but **does not** allow you to try on dresses.

Do I need to bring my pass and tickets?

Yes, our staff will check your Try-On Pass and Guest Tickets at the entrance. You can show a digital pass on your phone or print out the pass/ticket, your choice!

Do you have parking?

There is no complimentary parking. However, there are parking spots available on West Pender St and Jervis St. We recommend taking the bus or Skytrain to the venue.

Can I change my appointment time?

If it’s more than 7 days before the event, you can modify your appointment time directly on Eventbrite. However, if it's less than 7 days, the appointment time cannot be changed.

If I can’t make my appointment, can I come at another time?

To ensure we do not exceed the maximum number of attendees, we ask that you arrive during your scheduled time. If you miss your time and there are still available slots, we may allow you to enter, but if we have reached capacity, we won’t be able to accommodate you.

Can we walk in?

Yes, you can walk in and pay the $2.50 fee at the door, but only if there are available slots. Please note, you may have to wait for an opening, or we may have to decline your request if we have reached our maximum capacity.

How many dresses can I try on?

We allow selecting 3 dresses at a time, and after trying those on, you can pick additional ones. You have 50 minutes to complete your fitting.

Can I hold a dress I like during the event?

No, unfortunately we cannot hold any dresses during the event.
