We cordially invite you to our annual general meeting. There are important issues requiring our attention in order to keep the fairytales running smoothly and to keep them believable for readers.
Elections for all board positions will be held at the meeting's end, with nominations taken during the break.
We once again kindly remind members that eating, cursing, transforming, immolating or otherwise harming other members is not permitted — even during the breaks.
Finally, you are encouraged, but not required, to attend in your fairytale's costume.

Welcome to The Association for the Advancement of Rights for Fairytales Creatures (AFC)! Once a benevolent organization representing all fairytale creatures, it has become a corrupt dictatorship, with the new Chair using shameless favouritism, threats, and every other means imaginable to achieve their ends.
Is this the year the opposition dares to speak up? Will democracy's champions take a stand, or will those whose lives have been made comfortable by the corruption of the current regime maintain the status quo?
That's up to you!
AFC is a live-action role-play (LARP) with pre-assigned roles for up to 19 players. No prior experience or preparation is required (unless, of course, you'd like to come in costume!).
The event will begin at 7 pm with an overview of LARP etiquette, focusing on comfort and consent during play, and the preparation required to begin.
We welcome you to arrive at 6:30 to settle in and order food and drink before the orientation begins (though our kitchen and bar will also be open throughout the evening).
