Buzz Buzz Media Inc. Ticket Sales Policy

Cancellation Policy

Any and all payments made to Buzz Buzz Media Inc. are non-refundable for any reason, including but not limited to illness of participants, unforeseen events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Buzz Buzz Media Inc., the attendee or any other party, changes or modifications to the schedule, presenters, or events related to a conference, acts of God, travel-related problems, acts of terrorism, loss of employment and/or duplicate purchases.You may cancel your registration by notifying us in writing at thebuzzconference@outlook.com.

If your cancellation notice is received more than 4 weeks before the ticketed conference, you may transfer your registration to the next Buzz Buzz Media Inc. event at no cost. If your notice is received less than 4 weeks but more than 1 week before the conference, you may transfer your registration to the next event for a $50.00 administrative fee. If notice is received 1 week or less before the conference, your registration fee is forfeited to Buzz Buzz Media Inc. as liquidated damages.

Transfer Policy

You may transfer your conference registration to another individual for the same event by notifying us in writing at thebuzzconference@outlook.com. All substitution requests will be processed within two business days. Attendee substitutions received on the day of the event or after the start of the event will be processed and require a $50.00 administrative fee +HST.

Force MajeureI

If an event beyond Buzz Buzz Media Inc.'s reasonable control occurs that in its sole discretion would make conducting the conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible (including but not limited to an act of God, war, strike, terrorist attack, extreme weather, curtailment of transportation, epidemic, or pandemic), Buzz Buzz Media Inc. may cancel the event. The sole remedy for such cancellation shall be the offer of a credit for a future conference equal to the paid registration fee.

Harassment in any form will not be tolerated. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience.Be kind and do not insult or put down other attendees or any represented brands.

Act professionally at all times. Harassment, sexist, racist or exclusionary behavior is not appropriate at any time. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of our staff. If you experience or witness harassment, or have any concerns, please contact a staff member immediately.
