About this event

  • Event lasts 7 days 2 hours

Event format: Two, two-hour sessions with time for homework in between. Registrants must attend Part 1 (Monday, June 9 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.) and Part 2 (Monday, June 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.).

After completing the two-part workshop you will schedule a one-hour coaching call with a certified coach to ask questions and dig deeper into your numbers. All appointments must take place after Part 2 of the training, but no later than July 16, 2025. Otherwise, the coaching call will be forfeited by the participant(s).

Why you should attend: When you have a clear picture of your business financials, you can make better decisions, find opportunities and plan for the future. Unfortunately, 71 per cent of small business owners fail because they don’t know how to build or balance a budget.

The Cashflow Canvas is a powerful tool that can help you take control of your finances and understand how every number impacts your bottom line and bank account. Whether you’re just starting or looking to scale, our certified trainers will help you to develop a one-page financial plan that will allow you to visualize your revenue streams, price points and operating expenses like never before.

And that’s just the beginning.

The Cashflow Canvas bootcamp is specifically designed to help you master the basics of business budgeting using eight easy-to-understand building blocks and then transfer your financial data into a pro forma / cashflow forecast that’s as easy as paint by numbers.

The technique: The Cashflow Canvas Certified Trainers guide you through every step of the process. You’ll discover the art and the science of how to create a financial plan that works for your unique business needs.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Identify your business’ core revenue streams and expenses
  • Create a pricing strategy that maximizes your profits
  • Develop a debt repayment plan that helps you achieve financial freedom

By the end of the bootcamp, you’ll have a fresh perspective and a precise understanding of your business’ financial health, plus all the tools you need to take it to the next level. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with other entrepreneurs who are on the same journey as you.

When should founders use the Cashflow Canvas: The Cashflow Canvas is effective at the early stages of your business and throughout its lifecycle, including:

  • Starting up
  • Seeking financing
  • Pivoting, iterating or seeking strategic direction
  • Looking to build financial literacy and resiliency
