How do you handle refund requests?

Like all live event tickets via various sellers, there are no refunds for our live event tickets. However, if your circumstances change and you can't attend, you can find someone to pass on your tickets to so that they can enjoy and be blessed by the concert.

How does the VIP reception work for VIP ticket holders?

VIP ticket holders are welcome to show up as of 6 PM at the venue - save a seat and then join the VIP reception (6:15 PM - 6:45 PM) in a separate room. The reception is a chance for you to participate in a small group Q&A, meet & greet and get a picture and get a signed souvenir.
