FROZEN WATERFALLS!! This is a beautiful hike up a fire road, descending into a cool creek canyon. There are so many frozen falls in this loop! The main falls is at the 5km mark where we go into the canyon. Following the creek back we get to see more frozen falls coming off the side of the canyon. There has been significant flooding in this area that has created a creek washout. Total distance is just over 10 km with about 400m of elevation. IT is very gradual (So very possible for beginners) Be prepared for creek crossings and a rocky creek washout. (Sometimes the location will say Turner Valley, this is actually in Kananaskis just off highway 40 by the Kananaskis Golf course)
