Lorena and Marialejandra are 2 immigrant women in Canada who are passionate about addressing the gender gap in leadership by holding space for experiential learning so women can actively participate as agents of change, community leaders, and decision-makers.

Their work as facilitators and coaches focuses on holistic approaches to support effectiveness and overall well-being. By actively engaging in different women’s initiatives in Canada and Latin America, they have gained a deep understanding of the systemic barriers women face and guide their group coaching work.
