**NEW REGISTRATION POLICY**
Due to extremely high demand, registration for Kitchen classes will be limited to TWO CLASSES per month, per attendee. Thank you for understanding the Library’s efforts to ensure equitable and fair access to Kitchen classes.
Join Chef Amara Yamamoto to learn how to make this classic French dessert. In this class you will learn tips and tricks to create the perfect caramelized french apple tart including how to artfully arrange your caramelized apples, and how to make a versatile and simple pâte brisée.
In this class you’ll make an individual portion of food and learn the skills to recreate this recipe at home. Doors to the Kitchen will close 10 minutes after the indicated start time.
Class size is limited to 12 participants.
Cost: $15 * We are unable to process refunds at this time.
NOTE:
- Each person attending will require their own ticket.
- Children 12 - 18 years old with a ticket are permitted to attend with a parent or guardian.
- Children under 12 years old are not permitted to attend Adult Classes.
- To reduce waste, please bring a carryout container.
