Our thoughtfully curated 4-foot booth offers ample space for branding and showcasing your products or services. This package includes a skirted round table, up to two staff badges for your representatives and a special feature in the CanadianSME Small Business Magazine.

What's included in the 5 ft exhibiting booth package?

Our thoughtfully curated 5-foot booth offers ample space for branding and showcasing your products or services. This package includes a skirted 4ft table and a chair for your convenience, up to three staff badges for your representatives, and a special feature in the CanadianSME Magazine.

What's included in the 10 ft exhibiting booth package?

Comfortable Booth Space: A 10×10 ft booth space equipped with a skirted 6ft table and 2 chairs for your use. > Staff Badges: Up to 5 staff badges will be provided to facilitate your team’s participation.

Can I request more staff badges?

While the booth package comes with five badges, we understand that some exhibitors may need more. Additional badges can be acquired at a nominal fee. Please contact our exhibitor services team for assistance.

Can electronic displays or audio-visual setups be incorporated into my booth?

Absolutely. We understand the impact of digital displays. However, it's crucial to adhere to the venue’s electrical guidelines, ensuring safety and preventing any electrical overloads. Please check if electricity is included in your booth package.

What's the procedure for shipping booth materials to the venue?

To ensure a smooth setup process, Our general service contractor Robinson Show Services takes care of all shipping and customized booths. This includes preferred shipping partners, timelines, and other critical information. We will share their contact details in the exhibitor's manual.

Will exhibitors have access to Wi-Fi?

Is booth location selection available?

While we make every effort to accommodate preferences, booth locations are generally determined by the package chosen, availability, and the order of registration. We assure you every spot offers visibility and engagement.

When can exhibitors commence booth setup?

To ensure a seamless experience, booth setup can commence at 12 am on May, 2025. Our team will be on-site to offer assistance and ensure everything runs smoothly. If you are not planning for a custom booth, you can just bring in banners, flyers, and business cards early in the morning on the day.

Is there a designated timeframe for booth dismantling?

To ensure a smooth transition for all parties involved, we kindly ask that exhibitors commence dismantling from 5 pm on the event's closing day. Our team will be present to guide and assist as needed.

Can we bring our crew for booth setup and takedown?

Certainly. If you prefer using your crew for setup and dismantling, they are welcome. However, they must adhere to the venue's safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a seamless experience for all exhibitors.

Is there designated parking for exhibitors?

The venue boasts ample parking space for all visitors, sponsors and exhibitors. More information can be found here: MTCC Parking

What is the booth reservation cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your booth reservation, ensure you do so by May 19th, 2025 for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may be subject to certain fees.

Are there hotel partnerships or special rates available for exhibitors?

Recognizing the importance of comfortable accommodations, we are working to create special discounts for our attendees and exhibitors. We will keep you posted.

Are there restrictions on promotional materials or giveaways at the booth?

We encourage engagement and promotional activities. However, all items, especially those being distributed, should be in line with the event’s ethos and guidelines. It's essential to avoid items that may cause disruptions or safety concerns.
