Singing praise music with their own special ‘stank’, the Vancouver based Sojourners sound just as at home in a road house bar as they do in a revival tent. In The Sojourners’ universe, echoes of doo wop, R&B, country and blues weave together to create a unique sound. This is real gospel — blessed with a soul that can’t be faked!

Where can we park?

Street parking is available in the neighbourhood around the church, especially a block east from St James there is 2 hour parking. here is metered parking on both Cordova St & Gore. After 6pm, patrons can park at a two-hour meter, and can pay for four continuous hours using PaybyPhone.

Can I transit to St. James easily?

Yes. The following buses come within a couple of blocks from the church: 3, 4, 7, 8, 14, 16, 20, and the 95.

Is St. James Wheelchair Accessible?

Yes! There is an entrance on Cordova Street with a ramp into the church and a door into the rectory or coffee hour. When you reach the front steps, ask one of the greeters to let you in. They are happy to help you out.
