Well discuss stocks broths and chowders, make garnishes and crank up the flavour in our most amazing breads.

Served with Blue Cheese Guinness and Sunflower seed bread.
• Oaxaca Style Slow Roasted Chicken and Chipotle Soup with crispy tortillas – from Mexico. Served with an amazing corn, bell peppers red onion cheddar and jalapeño bread
• Harira a spicy Chickpea and vegetable soup with lentils and lamb from Morocco. Served with home made pita

To register for this class please click on buy tickets you can pay with PayPal or credit card. Gift cards payments done by phone at 604-7737829 Payment is required to secure your space. No seats can be held. Once booked all class cancelations receive credit for future class, however ABSOLUTELY NO CREDIT GIVEN WITHIN 72 HOURS OF CLASS STARTING. Options are to gift your ticket and send someone in your place, or forfeit your seat and we will send the recipes. Please respect this policy and do not call us to ask for a credit within this time-frame. We do not make exceptions.
