What is Qigong?

Qigong is an ancient Chinese practice that combines gentle movements, breathwork, & meditation to cultivate energy (Qi) for improved physical, mental, and spiritual health. This series focuses on Therapeutic Medical Qigong, which helps enhance your immune system, reduce stress, & overall well-being.

Who can join this class?

This class is open to all ages and skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or have prior experience with Qigong or other healing arts, you will benefit from this program.

What will I learn?

You will learn 24 specific Qigong postures: 8 for the upper body, 8 for the torso, and 8 for the lower body. These postures are designed to align and harmonize your body, boost your immune system, and promote stress relief.

When does the program start?

The 10-week program starts on Monday, October 21st and runs every Monday through the 10-week period.

What time are the classes?

Each class will take place from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

What do I need to bring to class?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing to allow free movement. You may also want to bring water to stay hydrated and a yoga mat if preferred for additional comfort.

What if I miss a class?

While it's best to attend all sessions for optimal results, missing a class will not disrupt your progress. Each session builds on foundational principles that are accessible regardless of where you are in the program.

Can I join after the start date?

It’s recommended to join from the start for a complete experience, but you can still enroll after the first class. Contact us for more details on joining late.
