TOGETHER: A Cultural Celebration

Doors open for check-in at 6:25 pm. Please arrive well before 7:00 pm, as the event will promptly begin.

You are welcome to wear attire that celebrates your own cultural heritage. Otherwise, we recommend semi-formal attire.

To encourage being fully present at the event, as well as out of respect for the performers, we kindly ask you to not use recording devices of any kind during the event. An event photographer and videographer will be capturing the evening.

There is a public parkade attached to the Conference Centre off Gordon Street, as well as limited street parking. There are also several bus stops that accommodate the 40, 20, 25, 30, and 50 bus routes.

Yes, this event accommodates multiple accessibility needs, from mobility, to auditory, to visual, to sensory needs, with service animals welcomed. If you require additional support to fully engage with this event, please let us know.

To guarantee a seat at the event, you must register in advance. If you have not registered, you are still welcome to attend, but will have to stand.

Please enter the Conference Centre through the Gordan Street entrance. Either use the stairs or elevator to go to the third floor, where the check-in table will be set up. Please have your registration information accessible.
