Historically, the building was once known as the George and Dragon pub, dating back to 1850, making it one of Birmingham's oldest and most historic structures. After a significant refurbishment, it reopened in 2016 as The Pig and Tail, maintaining its Victorian charm while introducing contemporary elements.
