Join Toronto Dating Hub to meet likeminded singles and enjoy chill Friday vibes at this new chic venue in the Danforth area - Raftaar Kitchen & Bar.

This event will have the open mingling format - perfect for singles who like less structure/formality and low pressure events!

Our mixers attract 30-100 singles depending on the date & venue.

To curate a high quality group of professional GTA singles, you must have at least FOUR of the following criteria (you will indicate this in the order form):

• Serious about dating / ready and looking for a long term relationship
• Had meaningful relationships before (i.e. long term friendships & romantic partners) so you can communicate & foster relationships
• Graduated from a university or college with at least 1 degree/diploma
• Lives on your own (whether you rent or own)
• 5 or more years of expertise in your specific career/field
• Annual income/earnings of $75K or more
• Truly passionate about your career (not "stuck working in a 9-5 you hate")
• Started your own business(es) at least 1 year ago

What to expect at our event:

• A dedicated and experienced event host & emcee - Andrea Lo
• Icebreakers and intros
• Some engagement tips
• Open mingling format - No match form
• Cool vibes and great menu options
• Live DJ after 10pm (DJ Sass spinning deep house, Bollywood)
• Venue opens to the public after 10pm, so friends and others can join the party

Who should come to this event?

• This event is open to singles ages 30-45 who are working professionals and are actually looking to date and make new connections
• This is great for those looking to network and mingle with other professionals (who also happen to be single)

What do I need?

• Dress code: be lounge / dinner date ready. Something chic. Not like you're going to the gym. Not sure? Check our Facebook photos for past events or sign up for a styling session!
• Bring a positive and open attitude to interact and meet other singles

Pricing:

The ticket cost covers your entrance fee, the venue space, the event organization/hosting/curation. Eventbrite charges separate fees to use their service.

There are limited tickets and striving for 50/50 male:female attendance. It is strongly encouraged to purchase tickets in advance as we often sell out! Drop in rate is $30 females / $35 males at the door payable by cash or etransfer- IF WE HAVE SPOTS. Please contact us at torontodatinghub@gmail.com first before you show up to avoid disappointment.

NO REFUNDS will be issued should you change your mind or you can no longer make the event for whatever the reason. Please refer to our refund policy here.

Will there be food & drinks?

Yes you can support the venue by ordering their food or drinks - not included in the ticket.

Why is there a cap on attendance?

Venue capacity - and to ensure this is a good, intimate experience for everyone.

What is the parking situation?

It is a 3 min walk from Pape TTC Station. There are many parking lots & street parking nearby - please read the signs.

Andrea is a proud UTSC Co-op Management alumna who has over a decade of experience in marketing and events. She took her passion & experience and channeled it in her business venture - starting Toronto Dating Hub in May 2020 during the pandemic. It has since been featured on CBC News, Toronto Star, and Flow 93.5. The mission is to transform the way Toronto singles meet - via unique events and tailored date coaching. Because of her in-depth experience planning events, but also having been single, Andrea can not only organize creative & well organized events, she emcees the events herself, and provides coaching to clients. Andrea has positively changed singles' perception of singles events.
