Head to Head promotes mental resilience and wellness through Olympian-led mentorship programs that teach healthy habits and inspire confidence. Maggie learned a lot from her amazing swim career and will share her extensive knowledge of swimming with the next generation of Canadian swimmers.

1:00PM - 2:00PM – In-class session -Resilience and tips for overcoming obstacles and challenges+ Maggie's amazing story and journey to 2 Olympic Games (including Paris!)
2:00PM -4:00PM – In pool session - Butterfly skills & drills, starts and technique!

9:00AM - 11:00AM – In pool session - Underwater kick off the wall, breakouts, finishes and so much more!

Any group of 3 swimmers that purchase tickets together will receive a 10% discount! To receive this discount email samantha@headtohead.ca with the names of the swimmers!
Any coaches that have a swimmer in attendance are welcome to join the session free of cost - please just ensure to let us know in advance so that they have access (email hello@headtohead.ca)!
We keep our clinics as small group sessions so that each swimmer (no matter their level, ages 10 - 16) will benefit from the clinic and get time with the athlete.
