The Importance of Being Self-Aware
We’re constantly navigating people, situations and challenges every day. And much of the time with little awareness of our own thoughts, feelings and actions. Without a strong sense of self-awareness we can create trouble within our most important relationships, creating unneccessary conflict. We will discuss the importance and essentials of building your own self-awareness. We will discuss:
- What does it mean to be self-aware?
- Why is it especially important for men to connect with their own thoughts and feelings?
- and how will this improve our presence with the people we love?
