The Importance of Being Self-Aware

We’re constantly navigating people, situations and challenges every day. And much of the time with little awareness of our own thoughts, feelings and actions. Without a strong sense of self-awareness we can create trouble within our most important relationships, creating unneccessary conflict. We will discuss the importance and essentials of building your own self-awareness. We will discuss:

  • What does it mean to be self-aware?
  • Why is it especially important for men to connect with their own thoughts and feelings?
  • and how will this improve our presence with the people we love?

Join us on October 28th, 630 - 9 pm for what we anticipate to be a lively discussion with like-minded men.
