When you enter the door from the King Street West entrance, go down 1 flight of stairs and follow the corridor to an ATM, to the right of the ATM you will find the elevator vestibule, (there's a plaque beside it that reads 'Lavelle') enter the elevator and select the elevator button "Rooftop".
