This is a time for you! I have put lots of thought into these gatherings and what I would want and im just so thrilled to be able to share with you. You are welcomed with a crystal and its beautiful properties which I am sharing through a collaboration with The Cosmic Wave Shoppe a 45 min hatha flow with breathwork followed by a 45 min sound bath to further relax the body and the nervous system, ending with a beautiful gathering with herbal tea from the Wabi Bay Co
