This training program is offered virtually through Zoom. All attendees are expected to be equipped with a working computer with internet access and audio, visual, and speaking capabilities to participate in the training effectively.

What if I cannot attend all the virtual sessions?

It is the attendees' responsibility to manage their attendance to each session. There are no partial refunds or exceptions to attendees who cannot attend all sessions.

Will presentation slides or recordings be shared with attendees?

Accepted Answer

No, slides and recordings from this training program will not be shared with attendees after the course is complete.

Will I receive a certificate of completion?

Accepted Answer

All registrants who have attended a majority of the online course will be emailed a digital certificate of completion for taking this course.

Is there a discount if I have already taken the introductory course?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Registrants who have taken the introductory course will register for the difference of the price of the full course and what they have already paid for the introductory course. Please contact learning@cutaactu.ca prior to registration to arrange.
