AN INFORMATION EVENING FOR:

Parents and caregivers thinking about their child’s future.

• 13-24 year old students with physical and social employment challenges.

• Students in a pre-employment program.

• Students in an ACCESS program.

• Teachers or support works.

• Learn about the process and timeline when transitioning youth with special needs to adulthood. More than 30 organisations who provide work, leisure and post-secondary opportunities will be in attendance.
