The event is open to all ages and is wheelchair accessible. Please ensure that children can sit through the show if they join us. We recommend the show for children aged 12 and above due to the dark environment and loud sounds that may be part of the presentation, and re-entry may be restricted.

We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before the scheduled showtime to allow ample time for parking, ticket collection, and seating.

The show is a feature length in the dome format running 42 minutes, excluding a brief introduction. The entire experience will take up around an hour of your evening!

Seating is generally on a first-come, first-served basis. There are roughly 200 reclining seats in the theatre, as well as a small section with floor beanbags for those that wish to view in that way. We have reserved seating for those with special needs.

Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable. However, we can offer an exchange for another showtime if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and there are tickets available.

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the planetarium. However, there is a concession stand offering a variety of snacks and beverages.

For the best experience for all attendees, photography and video recording are not allowed during the show. We encourage you to enjoy the immersive experience fully.

In respect to all our viewers, the planetarium has a policy of no late entries once the show has begun. Please make plans to arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure we have enough time to have everyone seated and ready to enjoy the journey!

Some individuals may find the dark environment or soundscapes uncomfortable for a variety of reasons. If you need to leave during the show, please do so quietly. Re-entry may not be permitted to avoid disrupting the experience for other attendees, but exception may be made at our discretion.

Yes, we will have a variety of exclusive memorabilia and souvenirs related to the show for you to collect. The planetarium also has a gift shop for more astronomy related gifts.

The show is a relaxing meditative experience in general, but some individuals with medical conditions such as heart problems or prone to seizures, may find the immersive visuals and loud sounds triggering. Please consult your doctor before deciding to join us, if you have concerns.
