About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours

Boathouse - Take a tour of our boathouse and get an up close look at a rowing shell.
Ergometer - Experience the mechanics behind the rowing technique on an erg.
Dockside Rowing Shell (weather permitting) - Take a seat in one of our rowing shells and experience what it feels like to be "on the water". Certified coaches will be on hand to give personal instruction.
Information Booth - Ask questions and learn more about our League.
Register - Register on site and join the fun!

BBQ - Burgers and refreshments will be provided for participants

We are an ADULT recreational rowing league offering a little bit of fitness, a lot of fun, and the opportunity to row with an amazing group of friends on the world-class Henley rowing course in Port Dalhousie.

Our League is best known for our structured crews, weekly "race nights" with BBQ and entertainment and our end-of-session banquets.
