Join us at 174 Faubert Drive, Chatham for a fun and informative event. Learn more about the practice of Tai Chi.

Our instructors will guide you through the first moves and answer any questions you may have about the classes.

Discover the benefits of Tai Chi through this 12-week course where we will learn step-by-step the 108-move Tai Chi set brought to Canada by Mr. Moy Lin Shin. In Chatham-Kent our growing membership practice and learn weekly in Chatham, Blenheim, Ridgetown and Wallaceburg.

Classes Start the following week on Tuesday, January 14 and 16 the cost of the 12-week program is 60.00. Classes are held weekly beginning on Tuesday AM and repeated Tuesday PM, and Thursday PM. You can attend one or all classes at your leisure.

Frequently asked questions

How long is the course?

The 12-week class starts January 14 and 16. Classes are held on Tuesday Morning each week and repeated Tuesday evening and Thursday evening. The same material is covered in each class and you are welcome to attend all three classes but are only required to attend one to complete the course.

How Much Does it Cost?

The 12-week Course is 60.00. We add an additional bonus 4 weeks at the end of the course for free to provide you with an introduction to our ongoing classes. At the end of the 4 week bonus period, you are welcome to continue practice at 20.00 a month.

What if I miss a class?

Life happens! If you miss a class during the course you can attend an additional class during that week to learn and practice the moves you may have missed.

What happens at the end of the course?

At the end of the course, you can continue to practice for one month in our Foundations classes. Foundations Classes allow members to expand on their learning and develop their practice through weekly classes.

What should I wear?

We suggest you wear comfortable loose clothing and flat-soled athletic shoes that are comfortable and have some traction.
