TUNE UP is a weekly event in addition to the longer once a month Sundays The Movement.
Join us to MOVE, dance, and feel! THE MOVEMENT is a freeform conscious dance event with epic music and great people. The only goal is to move your body and be present with what you feel. Dancing helps us to sink into our bodies and to allow our emotions to come to the surface - feelings need to be felt!
This is an LGBTQIA2S+, BIPOC friendly event. We expect respect to all people, at all times. There is no contact with others without previous defined consent. Thank you!
No rules! No requirements! No steps! NO DANCING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
