Overview:

Strategic Planning and Delegation provides leaders with the knowledge, skills, and mindset necessary to lead, plan and delegate effectively within their respective organizations to market leadership and make strategic decisions. Through proven techniques honed by Envision Group and used by leading executives worldwide, you’ll discover a comprehensive understanding of how to execute strategic planning. You will walk away feeling confident in strategic decision making, delegation and building team engagement.

Learning Outcomes:

• Develop a thorough understanding of strategic planning concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
• Analyze your internal and external environment, set organizational goals and objectives, formulate effective strategies, and translate them into delegation friendly components, and actionable and measurable plans.
• Acquire the skills to make informed strategic decisions and delegate effectively based on a proper plan, measurable data and clearly documented insights.
• Learn to evaluate risks and opportunities, create actionable strategic plans, allocate and delegate to resources efficiently, and overcome typical communication and team obstacles to execute their strategies effectively.
• Develop the skills to build an effective, professional, clear, and easy to follow strategic plan and learn strategies for leveraging internal and external “influence networks” to form or grow strategic alliances and partnerships, influence and negotiate across diverse groups, and create a networked organization for increased collaboration and innovation.

Facilitators:

​Pat Lipovski: Pat is an experienced leadership expert, coach, advisor and CEO of Envision Group. He has extensive experience in leadership training in the oil and gas industry and facilitates workshops and consulting projects.

Kari Cutting: Kari is a knowledgeable executive and former vice president of the North Dakota Petroleum Council. Kari is a facilitator and consultant with Envision Group International.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received in writing up to two weeks before workshop date will be issued a full refund less an administration fee.

Cancellations received in writing less than two weeks prior to the workshop date will receive a credit voucher to be applied to another Envision Group workshop within one calendar year.

Non-attendance ("no-show") counts as cancellation on the day and will not receive a registration fee refund.

Envision Group reserves the right to cancel workshop due to insufficient registration. Delegate substitution is permitted for both registration and credit vouchers.
