7:00 PM - Arrival & Welcome Drinks

• Begin the evening at the chic penthouse with a welcome drink in hand, setting the stage for a night of elegance and purpose.

7:30 PM - Cocktails and Conversations

• Engage in enriching conversations while enjoying a selection of handcrafted cocktails. Network with a diverse group of guests united for a common cause.

8:00 PM - Capture the Moment

• Our professional photographers and videographers will be ready to capture your evening. Whether you want a new profile picture or a group shot with friends, we’ve got you covered.

8:30 PM - Special Presentation

• A brief presentation on the impact of your contributions towards the Ukraine-Russia charity efforts. Understand where and how the funds raised will be utilized.

9:00 PM - Music & Mingling

• As the sun sets, the music turns up. Enjoy live DJ sets as you mingle and the atmosphere transitions from relaxed to vibrant.

9:45 PM - Final Call for Penthouse Activities

• Last chance for photos and cocktails at the penthouse before heading to the afterparty.

10:30 PM - Move to DPRTMNT Nightclub

• The party shifts to DPRTMNT, Toronto’s exciting new club. Transportation will be provided for all guests from the penthouse to the nightclub.

11:00 PM - Afterparty Begins

• Enter DPRTMNT with immediate VIP access. A booth and bottles are reserved exclusively for our group.

11:30 PM onwards - Celebrate Until Late

• Dance, network, and enjoy the dynamic ambiance of DPRTMNT as we celebrate into the early hours.
