Depuis la mort de son mari, Sandra élève seule sa fille Linn. Elle s’occupe en plus de son père Georg, qui souffre d’une maladie dégénérative et dont l’état se dégrade depuis son admission dans un centre pour personnes non-autonomes. Surmenée, Sandra tombe un jour sur Clément, un vieil ami avec lequel elle développe une relation amoureuse. Mais de cette source de réconfort découleront aussi bien des difficultés.

Overworked, Sandra stumbles into an old friend, Clément, and begins an affair. However, this source of comfort also brings forth many challenges.
