WHO ARE THE ARTSISTS?

Alexia Acuña @alexia.acunaa

Alexia is a queer multidisciplinary artist whose intention is to evoke feeling and question when expressing their sounds and words believing that art is activism if it brings a new lens to set perspectives. To them, creation in music is an outlet to how they process the human experience which also come with the emotions they so heavily portray in their songs. Always redefining their connection to divinity and self, they draw inspiration from around and within in hopes to share what they feel so deeply about.


Khamisa Whilsher @mimikhi

Khamisa Wilsher is a dynamic Vancouver-based singer and songwriter, known for her versatility across multiple genres, with a special focus on soul and blues. Her performances, that range from upbeat pop anthems to soulful jazz ballads, have taken her to stages across Canada at a variety of events, including fundraisers, weddings, sporting events and intimate lounges to energize a crowd or create a heartfelt atmosphere.


Rei @the.reighv

Rei is an emerging multi genre artist. A creative rooting her art from self actualizations and writes to bring more queergaze to the women loving women experience to its depth. Rei layers her art in melodic synths, soul type drums and funky bass. She aims to bring light to more political and existential doubts in form of audio hugs. Rei is ultimately an extension of every artist in her lineage; from her father to every painter and every designer in her ancestry, to hear her art is to be thankful to every influence that built her sound.

Rhythm is a filipina new age neo organic interdisciplinary sound healing artist who the frequencies of her vocals to echo the rhythms that live within nature and the universe. Rhythm symbolizes the infinite patterns that exist within all of creation. Although Rhythm has many meanings, rhythm for her represents the seasons, the art and divinity in nature, the music and seasons of life.
