Workshop participants can receive a full refund up to 30 days after the ticket is purchased. To obtain a refund, email office@compost.bc.ca

What happens if I am unable to attend this workshop?

Please email office@compost.bc.ca to let us know you are no longer able to attend. If you purchased your ticket within 30 days of the cancellation, you can receive a refund.

How will I access this workshop?

Accepted Answer

This workshop will be hosted live online via Microsoft Teams. You will get a link to the Microsoft Teams meeting upon registering for the event. You will need to log into Eventbrite in order to access the online link.

How will I be able to ask a question?

Accepted Answer

We encourage you to ask questions using wave of a hand, unmuting yourself, or using Zoom’s build in features.

What do I need to be able to participate in this workshop?

Accepted Answer

We are using Microsoft Teams to deliver virtual workshops. Learn more about the technical requirements for your personal computer.

Question 6

Will I be able to join via the phone?

Accepted Answer

Microsoft Teams allows users to join calls via dial-in. However, the workshop will include a PowerPoint presentation and your participation will be extremely hampered if you do not have access to a personal computer with a camera and microphone.
