About Norman:

Norman Musengimana is a seasoned expert in business development and entrepreneurship, with extensive experience working with startups and small businesses. With two master's degrees—one in Leading Innovation and Change Management from York St. John University and another in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Queen’s University—he has supported entrepreneurs through business plan development, strategic planning, feasibility studies, and funding strategies. His hands-on approach includes facilitating workshops, advising small enterprises, and fostering growth strategies to help businesses thrive.

Having worked in over seven countries across three continents, Norman’s global experience provides a unique perspective that enriches his work with diverse entrepreneurs. His dedication to fostering sustainable growth and his passion for helping businesses navigate challenges makes him a valuable resource for both aspiring and established entrepreneurs.
