Join us on October 19th at 11am at Willows Beach (meet on the lawn!)for a cold plunge, coffee, treats, and limited-edition merch. . It’s all to raise funds for The BC Cancer Foundation and awareness about self exams.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a time we at Left on Friday hold very close to our hearts. On October 20, 2022, we lost our dear friend and teammate Natalie Matko to her long battle with breast cancer. Natalie was an incredible friend, wife, sister, step-mom, athlete, and breast cancer warrior. We recognize that this experience is familiar to too many, beyond our immediate LOF community. For this reason, we are committed to continuing Natalie’s legacy.
