About this event

Celebrate Mother’s Day early with a Victorian-inspired creative experience in this Monarch Butterfly Workshop. Participants will design a breathtaking butterfly display, encased in a Riker’s Collectable Box, a traditional entomology display box that serves as a stylish frame for your art.

Monarch butterflies are often seen as a symbol of motherhood—remarkable for their nurturing care and devotion during their migratory journey. This class honors that spirit of resilience and love, as you create a beautiful tribute to nature and the maternal bond.

In this class, you’ll work with a preserved North American Monarch butterfly and a variety of beautiful natural elements like foliage, dried flowers, and moss. You’ll create a timeless, nature-inspired display, which will be framed in a Riker’s Box with a ribbon, perfect for hanging on your wall.

What’s Included:

● One preserved North American Monarch butterfly

● One Victorian-inspired Riker’s Collectable Box with ribbon for easy hanging

● Unlimited natural foliage, including dried flowers, moss, and more

● Expert guidance on creating your butterfly display

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, this workshop is a delightful way to celebrate the elegance of nature and Mother's Day.
