    Join us for an exciting, hands-on cooking Workshop where you'll learn to make your own signature Vietnamese Salad Rolls (Gỏi Cuốn) with confidence! You'll be able to eat them fresh in class or take them home to eat and share - your choice!

    This class is perfect for spending fun, quality time with family and friends while mastering the art of creating these healthy and delicious rolls. Whether you're packing them for a beach picnic or a summer potluck, these gluten-free delights are sure to impress.

    Class Highlights:

    • Complete Ingredients Provided: All necessary ingredients are included to make 12-14 of your very own Vietnamese Salad Rolls (choices of pork, prawn, or vegetarian choices)
    • Hands-On Experience: Learn by doing, with plenty of opportunities to practice and perfect your rolls.
    • Delicious Tasting: Enjoy eating your salad rolls with provided drinks during the class.
    • Take-Home Supplies: Purchase supplies to host your own salad roll party at home!
    • Container Reminder: Bring a rectangle or square food container to take home any extras.

    What You'll Learn:

    • Gỏi Cuốn Recipe: Create authentic Vietnamese salad rolls.
    • Pickled Vegetables: Make and jar Vietnamese pickled kohlrabi.
    • Traditional Dipping Sauces: Prepare Nuoc Cham (Vietnamese fish dipping sauce) and Gold Phoenix signature peanut sauce.
    • Vegan Sauces: Create an exotic fruit vegan sauce.
    • Refreshing Drinks: Make Monk Fruit jelly and mint drink.

    Provided Ingredients Include:

    • Proteins: Tiger shrimp, pork, tofu, char siu pork sausage.
    • Fresh Herbs and Vegetables: Learn how to recognize and prepare fresh ingredients like lettuce, cucumber, kohlrabi, carrot, mint, cilantro, basil, and chives.

    Additional Skills:

    • Noodle Selection and Preparation: Learn how to choose and cook the right noodles.
    • Rice Paper Wrapping: Discover how to select and prepare dry rice paper for wrapping.
