What You’ll Learn:
- Preparing meat and vegetarian fillings
- Rolling with rice paper and wheat-based wrappers
- Making two gluten-free dipping sauces: vegan and sweet-and-sour fish sauce

- Choosing and cooking rice noodles perfectly
- Assembling a vibrant spring roll platter with fresh veggies and herbs
