Trunk or Treat Guidelines:
• TENTS MUST HAVE 25LBS WEIGHTS PER LEG, OR MUST BE TIED DOWN ON ALL CORNERS
• Please make sure all treats that you are giving away are packaged and purchased from a retailer. We will not be accepting homemade treats.
• Disposable gloves are recommended for anyone handing out treats. Additional PPE is at your discretion.
• The event has grown from 300 kids attending in 2019 to 1,500 kids in 2023. Weather may impact size of attendees.
• You may advertise your business anywhere on your "trunk", or on the candy being handed out whether it is attached by ribbon or sticker, etc.
• Set-up on October 26th will be open from 10:00a.m.-11:30am. ALL trunks must be parked by 11:30am. You may assemble your trunks up until 12pm and then trick or treating will commence.
• $100.00 (members)/ $150.00 (non-members) registration fee is payable via credit card or invoice. Receipts provided by the Chamber of Commerce.
• DEADLINE TO ENTER YOUR TRUNK IS OCTOBER 18th, 2024
• You may use the trunk of any vehicle, flatbed trailer, trailer, etc. Your vehicle type will be required during registration to ensure the layout fits all attendees.
