This gentle, slower-paced flow class is your time to move with intention, linking breath to movement for strength, flexibility and calm.
Perfect for stretching and lengthening every muscle from head to toe, this class offers a soothing and dynamic experience that helps you feel grounded, balanced, and refreshed.
Explore poses with mindfulness, cultivate inner strength, and discover easeful openings in your body—all at a pace that allows you to truly feel each movement. The class ends with a grounding rest to leave you deeply relaxed and reconnected.
If you’re looking to feel rested, restored, and completely at ease, this slow flow is for you.
All levels welcome. Mats will be provided. Comfortable clothing recommended!
