Come join SPIN Pottery and KILLER ICE CREAM for a fun-filled night where attendees will get to glaze their own uniquely adorable hand-crafted whale tail mug!

Each mug has been individually wheel thrown by hand and sculpted in Vancouver by SPIN Pottery, and will arrive ready for you to make it your own using their high fire speciality glazes and raw inspiration, which will result in a uniquely beautiful piece for your own cupboard or as an unforgettable gift. The beautiful thing about glazing is that you really can’t get it wrong - colours can overlap and melt into each other in unexpectedly beautiful ways so whether you’re an experienced artist or someone that’s never held a paintbrush, you can feel encouraged to trust the process and know that it’s going to turn out GORGEOUSLY!
The colour palette we will be using features a curation of dreamy glazing hues from sandy neutrals to watery blues to seashell pinks. Inspired by the west coast.
NOTE: Painted mugs will be gathered and returned to SPIN for their final kiln firing, We will contact you when your creation is complete and you’ll be able to pick up your finished mugs at Killer Ice Cream 2-4 weeks after the workshop!
**Killer Ice Cream will be open while we are painting, so the entire menu including espresso drinks, tea, hot chocolates and treats will all be available for purchase throughout the event.
