Ladies Group with Dr. Perkes

All humans whose bodies have already, are currently, or might be starting to go through menopause are welcome to join Dr. Perkes for a 2-hour Q&A on all things menopause.

Dr. Perkes is a family doctor who specializes in women's health during menopause and is passionate about empowering women to live their best lives, whatever that means for you as an individual.

The purpose of this group is to spend time together talking about each other's experiences of peri-menopause and menopause in a low-risk, high-reward group discussion. Dr Perkes will guide the conversation by asking thought-provoking questions and sharing real life experiences. This is a safe space for you to share as much or as little as you want, listen to personal stories, and find resources to understand your body better.

Let's talk about all the nitty gritty (and I mean gritty!) details, bitch about being bitchy, belly-ache about our bellies, commiserate together, and so much more!Don't feel like you need to go through the change alone. Let's do it together!

Note: attending this social group is NOT medical advice. To see Dr. Perkes, please have your family doctor or a walk-in doctor refer you for a full menopause consult.
