Join us for this two-part event with finance expert Michael Yasny to unlock the secrets to start a business in a smart and financially prudent way.

As part of the hybrid format, this second-part of the workshop series will be in-person at the North York Civic Centre. The workshop will be covering the following topics:


  1. When do you hire employees.
  2. When do you give credit and when do you charge COD.
  3. What kind of outside financings are available.
  4. Understanding financing costs.
  5. Understanding security given for financing.
  6. Understanding purchase orders from large corporations.
  7. Understanding when you make more money from saying NO to an order then saying Yes.
  8. Dealing with customers that want discounts. When you say yes and when you say no.
