Join us for a fun and exciting cooking event on February 15!

We are hosting a Whiskey Business culinary experience where you can learn how to incorporate whiskey into your favorite dishes. Our experts will guide you through the process of creating three delicious dishes- all using beer as a key ingredient.

What's on the Menu?

We'll start off with Whiskey-Glazed Pork Belly. Your guests will snap up these cubes of crispy belly pork in sticky, sweet whiskey marinade with soy, anise and honey flavours. Whiskey and Nut Baked Brie is a gooey baked cheese even more indulgent with the help of whiskey, maple syrup and nuts. Whiskey BBQ Chicken Wings will take your usual wing sauce to all new levels. We'll finish our evening with a batch of homemade ice cream topped with a decadent Caramel Whiskey Sauce.
