In this book club we delve into non-fiction wellness and mindset books and then support each other in embracing the parts we like and letting go of the things we don't. There is no jugdement here, just great people supporting each other in finding a balanced journey.
Each month we offer supplemental information and resources via our newsletter and private Facebook Group.
👭🍇 Our Monthly Ritual:
We gather on the last Thursday of every month at a cozy restaurant for social interaction and great conversation. We talk about the book of the month and how it relates to our own thoughts and lives. Our conversations are authentic and inspiring as we learn from each other.
Choose which meeting to attend: Zoom @ 5pm MST, Calgary meeting @ 7pm or Okotoks meeting at 7pm
