Frequently asked questions
If you are not purchasing a table but would still like to be seated with specific guests then have one guest create a Group Name that all other guests can reference when purchasing their dinner ticket. The Group Name can simply be the name of a guest at the table, for example, Group Name - John Do
Purchasing a table of 10 is a flat rate of $970+tax and any applicable online fees. It is up to you and your guests to determine how you would like to divide the cost of the table. Remember, with this ticket option you are purchasing a table, not individual seats.
Unfortunately, there are no refunds however, you can transfer your ticket to someone else prior to November 26th . You will need to email info@soul2sole.ca to inform them of any changes. After November 26th, no further changes can be made.
Dinner tickets must be purchased in advance so the hall knows the exact number of guests attending the dinner. You can, however, purchase tickets on the day of the event for the after-party for $40, cash only. Doors open at 9pm for the after-party.
When you arrive you will need to check-in to receive an entry band. At that time you will be informed which table you will be sitting at.
Seats/Tables are assigned on a first come first serve basis. Therefore, the earlier you purchase your ticket the better chance you have of being seated closer to the dance floor.
Semi-formal. We like our guests to dress to impress but of course, wear something that allows you to move and groove comfortably to the sizzling Latin beats!
