About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours 30 minutes

Join us as we honor the Winter Solstice, a time when the longest night gives way to the returning light, symbolizing renewal, reflection, and inner illumination. This sacred gathering is designed to guide you through a powerful journey of self-discovery and inner healing as we embrace the themes of release, rest, and rejuvenation.

What to Expect:

Shamanic Journey: Rooted in Norse and Core Shamanism, this practice uses shamanic trance drumming (200–225 bpm, less than 4 Hz) to guide you into deep meditation and altered states of consciousness.

The rhythmic tempos promote relaxation, creativity, and emotional release, while helping you connect with your guides, ancestors, and higher self. Added benefits include reduced anxiety, improved immunity, and pain relief.

Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in a deeply relaxing sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other sacred instruments, each carefully selected to help balance your energy and facilitate profound relaxation.

Breathwork: Awaken the transformative power of your breath through guided exercises, encouraging emotional release, increased vitality, and inner clarity.

Reiki Energy Healing: Receive the gentle yet powerful energy of Reiki as our skilled practitioners channel universal life force energy to clear blockages, restore balance, and uplift your spirit.

Journaling & Reflection: Guided journal prompts provide space for introspection, inviting you to reflect on the past year, your journey, and your intentions for the season ahead.

Tea Offering: Complete the evening with a ceremonial tea offering, allowing for mindful connection and integration with your experience.

What to Bring:

• Yoga mat, blanket, pillow for added comfort (Some yoga mats will be provided at first come first serve)

• Journal and pen

• Cozy layers for warmth
