- Irene is an award-winning entrepreneur and co-founder of Fem Entity, a digital wellness platform designed to empower women with access to holistic health resources, expert practitioners, and personalized wellness plans. With a focus on leveraging technology to address gaps in women's health and wellness, Irene leads Fem Entity's mission to create a more inclusive, accessible, and connected approach to well-being. Irene is also the founder of DigitalFlow Consultancy, a firm specializing in digital transformation and sales enablement for startups and small businesses, helping them thrive in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
Navdeep Parmanand (she/her)
- Founder of Celebrate Your Curves, a fashion brand dedicated to inclusivity and self-expression. Her business specializes in made-to-measure clothing for all body types, including plus-size, petite, adaptive, and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities. She started this brand to challenge conventional beauty standards and empower individuals to embrace their unique identities. Through Celebrate Your Curves, she aims to combine style, comfort, and accessibility while also supporting women in her hometown in India by providing meaningful employment.
Tori Yeomans (she/they)
- A master esthetician, PMU artist, and mental health counselor who blends beauty and mental health to create inclusive, meaningful experiences. They own Pride Beauty Lounge, a queer-centric, gender-neutral salon in Lower Sackville, Nova Scotia, offering expert services for all hair types, skin types, genders, and bodies in a safe, welcoming space.

The Start Now Incubator supports Canadian women entrepreneurs trying to build or grow a business, with a focus and commitment to rural, indigenous, diverse, and underserved women. Within a hybrid community of intersectional women, you’ll unearth renewed confidence and tactics to help you start and grow your dream business.
With funding and support from the Women Entrepreneurship Strategy Fund (WES), Start Now Incubator will strengthen capacity and address ecosystem gaps for diverse populations of women entrepreneurs, including rural and underserved women.
