After classes head downstairs for brunch or lunch!
After lunch, if the weather permits, refuel with the beauty of nature with a stroll to Saunders Lake or enjoy sitting outside surrounded by the stillness and quiet of the land. They also have a variety of unique wood carvings to check out!
Location: Righand Distillery is 15min east of the airport. From highway 2, take exit 522 and head east!
Your ticket to any of the classes includes the class, a self-care gift & all guests receive complimentary sampling and 10% off their meals and all bevies!

10-11am: Yoga for Strength & Balance with Janelle
This class uses current movement science to improve strength, stability and balance in the body.
What you learn in this class can also be applied to all other physical activities you do and helps to develop healthy movement patterns so overuse and underuse injuries can be prevented.
Create optimal joint positions and improve balance, movement efficiency and healthy function over the long term.
You will also give your nervous system the information it needs to stabilize your joints, feel your body and access your full strength. When your nervous system knows you are stable and strong, it doesn’t have to hold a weaker area in tension to protect it and it can let go of chronic tightness and stiffness.
What to bring: yoga mat, water, tennis/therapy ball, strap and 2 blocks. There will be extra yoga props and tennis balls on hand if needed.
11:15am-12:30pm: Yoga for Relaxation with Janelle
Start your day off relaxed and replenished with a restorative/yin class! Massage therapy balls will also be used to address high tension areas.
Class finishes with a short relaxing body scan, sound healing during savasana and a choice between two inspiring essential oils as we move into the new year called Awaken or Transformation!
What to bring: a yoga mat, eye cover, water, block, bolster and blanket. I have some extra props on hand if needed.
Please note: soundbaths are not recommended for those who are pregnant, have epilepsy or a pacemaker. if you wear hearing aids they can just be taken out before the soundbath.
1:45-2:45pm: Mobility for Men Class with Janelle
For the gents only! In this class improve your joint health, range of motion and control, strength, flexibility and balance along with decreasing muscle stiffness and soreness.
After class enjoy a bevie with the boys at the private bar upstairs! If you’re hungry head downstairs after class and enjoy some lunch!
What to bring: yoga mat, water, tennis/therapy ball, strap and block.
There will be extra yoga props and tennis balls on hand if you don't have something!
