Jen Thaker

Founder and Professional Financial Advisor at Thaker Financial Inc. With a passion for empowering women, she hosts monthly events to connect and uplift women in business across BC. Jen believes in creating financial security and freedom through smart financial planning, enabling women to live big, beautiful lives.


Facilitator

Natasha Ghosh, PhD, MEd, CHyp, RCC

Natasha is a dynamic facilitator with over 20 years of experience as a Counsellor, Speaker, Educator, and Self-Love Advocate. She empowers individuals to embrace authenticity and self-awareness in both personal and professional settings. Natasha’s approach is collaborative and personalized, blending conventional and complementary therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. Drawing from her own lived experiences and the wisdom gained through community, she helps individuals build meaningful connections.

A Registered Clinical Counsellor in Vancouver, Natasha holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Exeter and a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University. She is also a Certified Hypnotherapist from the UK and serves as a Lecturer in Psychology at both Simon Fraser University and Fraser International College.

Natasha’s influence extends beyond the classroom and counselling office; she is also the Co-Founder of the BC Covid-19 Mental Health Network and has been featured on CityNews Vancouver and CBC News. As an “Empathy Architect” at EmpathifyU, she advocates for compassion and self-love in every interaction, making her an ideal facilitator for the Women Rising workshop on Networking and Communication Skills.
