About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours 30 minutes

Thanks to BMO, join us in person (11:30 to 3:00) or virtually (1:00 to 3:00) and stand ahead for Youth Mental Health.

Stigmas around mental health persist, particularly for women and children. WBHI supports children’s mental health research because women, as primary caregivers, influence the mental health of future generations. By investing in early research, we aim to enhance lifelong brain health for both women and the children we nurture.

The habits we form in our youth play a critical role in shaping the resilience of our minds as we grow older.

Starting young and fostering resilience can lead to extraordinary outcomes, as you'll hear first-hand from Jennifer Botterill, a three-time Olympic hockey gold medallist and one of the most accomplished athletes of our time.

With Pooja Handa, Christine Simpson, and Brenda Dee.

Plus...

Hear from Dr. Viviane Poupon and Dr. Emma Duerden, special guests, challenge your brain, and support new research into the impact social media and device addiction have on youth mental health.
