If so, join us for an empowering Women’s Wellness Circle. It's time to normalize the conversations around menopause. We’ll discuss embracing change and stepping into your full power as we move through this challenging life phase together.

Hi, I’m Coach Kat, and I’m here to guide you on your menopause journey. Not only have I been in your shoes as a menopausal woman, but I’m also a Certified Menopause Coach.

If you’re struggling to see menopause as anything other than a supervillain in your life, I invite you to join me in stepping into your menopause superpower!

The good news is that you won’t be alone; our community of bold, inspiring women are all on the same heroic journey.

Together, we can transform menopause from our kryptonite into our most valuable asset (yes, it’s possible!).


This 2-hour session will include an interactive wellness session to help you:

• Reduce your stress

• Discover lifestyle tips and hacks for managing menopause symptoms

• Boost your confidence

• Build a supportive network

Light refreshments will also be served.


WHAT TO BRING: Your own yoga mat, blanket, anything that makes you feel safe, and dress comfortably.

Doors open at 6:15 pm for extra mingling time, with the event starting at 6:30 pm sharp.

Ready to reclaim your midlife with confidence and ease? Certified Menopause Coach Kathern Bly is here to guide you on your menopause journey with a wealth of knowledge and personal experiences.

Like you, Kat’s been on a quest for ALL THE ANSWERS about menopause, and she’s equipped herself with training as a MyMT™ Lifestyle Practitioner, Weight Loss and Beyond Menopause training Menopause Movement, Fit Chick’s Holistic Peri-Menopause and Menopause Coaching Certification. She is also currently completing her Girls Gone Strong Menopause Coaching and her Menopause Doula certification.

But that’s not all! Kat’s expertise also extends to embodied yoga, yoga for menopause, Somatic Healing, Embodied Life Coaching, Energy Medicine, Intuitive Energy Healing (Therapeutic Touch and Reiki), and Akashic Records Consulting. She blends all these modalities seamlessly, just like her favourite peanut butter and chocolate chip ice cream!

Her true superpower is creating a safe, sacred space for deep healing for women. Through her monthly wellness circles, group coaching and one-on-one coaching, Kat will help you to take a deeper look at your own life, heal what no longer serves you, and inspire you to step into your unique superpowers.
